Course overview: Learning the principles of system security in general, software and hardware platform security architectures in mobile devices in particular.
Responsibilities: selection of relevant papers related to security of MLaaS technology, evaluation of reserch paper surveys submitted by students.
Course overview: Understanding the basic principles of neural networks and deep learning. Topics include MLPs, CNNs, optimization, regularization, sequence modelling, linear factor models, Boltzmann Machines, autoencoders, applications of deep learning.
Responsibilities: Preparing and grading weekly assignments and the course project, helping students in exercise sessions.
Tutoring
Tutors in various seminar courses supervise the student(s) who pick topic(s) offered by tutors.
